Empire Cafe is located in the middle of the Antique section of Westheimer Rd on the West end of Montrose.They have a great selection of a desserts, breakfast and sandwiches.

The crowds are heavy on the weekends the the Antique Flea Market is in full swing. This is truly a Westheimer original and a must see. I hear they have desserts on special every Monday.
